Live online inventory and ordering
All new accounts must be approved by a sales representative or sales manager.
Ordering
Chintaly Imports may collect information regarding your interaction with our products and services. Information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your telephone number, Device identifier and hardware information, IP address, browser type, cookie information, system type, whether you have enabling software to access certain features, access times, referring website URLs, information about your purchases and other information about your interactions with us.
Orders may be supplied to our customer service representatives, E-mail, or via the AMP tab.
Opening orders must be a minimum of $2500.
Chintaly Imports reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been processed within 60 days of being placed.
All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by quality digital photographs for disposition. Unless authorized by Chintaly Imports, with the proper documentation, no merchandise returned for credit will be accepted or credited. If the merchandise is truly a manufacturer’s defect, which must be approved by Chintaly Imports, said items will be either satisfactorily repaired or replaced, at Chintaly Imports’ discretion.
Orders from the United States can only be processed with a valid Federal Tax ID number.
Orders from the United States can be paid by credit card, ACH or wire transfer. A 3% fee applies to all credit card payments.
All orders will be acknowledged with an order confirmation. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all order information is accurate, and to notify Chintaly Imports of any cancellations or changes to the order at this time.
Orders from outside of North America
We frequently ship outside of North America. Orders can be shipped from our warehouse in New York or via full container load from our factories in China and Malaysia. Please contact our customer service department or your local sales representative for further details.
Shipping
Some furniture must to be palletized for safe shipment. If your order is too small for us to ship on a pallet, it may need to be increased.
We do not ship to residential addresses.
We do not ship on our own account, please advise us of a freight forwarder you would like us to use.
